BatMine Strategy
Because the ICO is not yet regulated which causes investors in the ICO not to receive any promised dividends token, or directly lose money, BatMine has chosen that business model to provide certainty and transparency to its contributors fully.
The basis of our ICO legal framework is the Silent Partnership investment model, which is explained in detail.
This framework allows us to legally offer returns to investors. Profits are distributed for a period of 10 years, until March 2029. Profit sharing is done every month for all and realizes the benefits of BatMine.
Hard Cap is EUR 19 million and Soft Cap is EUR 1 million.
Our BATM tokens are provided to investors as gifts. We will make 350 million Utilities that are in accordance with ERC 20
token. For each ETH invested, you receive 750 BATM tokens. The token can be exchanged for any and all services and goods offered by BatMine. After the ICO was successful, BatMine planned to place mining facilities in the Czech Republic. The facility could have 12,000 miners whose up to 10,000 miners (depending on how much we increase) will be purchased from the results of this ICO.
BatMine will be located in a location that:
1. Safe and allows a quick response if something happens;
2. Has a cooler climate;
3. Enables sufficient energy supply, mostly green, around 4 cents per kwh;
4. Having the infrastructure needed for commercial mining operations.
The BatMine mining location will function as the head office for all mining activities. A separate office will
opened in Prague, Sofia or another city suitable for daily commercial operations. we believe that for several reasons including the optimization of costs and the availability of multi-lingual personnel, that is
it would be better that the sales and customer service center would be located in the capital rather than the rural allocation where the mining conditions are optimal for mining.

To customers who do not want to own and operate equipment, we offer our MaaS services. Customer
can start mining within 12 hours and receive their first income within 45 days, and then every 30 days
after. MaaS services can only be obtained through BATM tokens which ensure the continued use of tokens.
We will give our customers the hash strength they need to mine crypto coins with special MaaS
miner. Instead of focusing on coins where competition for mining is steep, our customers can choose from a portfolio of coins that they can mine. In this way customers can flexibly mine the coins
